Procedure Text (How to do push-ups) - M Rizky Reynard N.W (24) XI MIPA 7

Push Up is a sport that is very easy to do and does not require a large space, Push Up is usually used to increase the muscles of the body, be it arm muscles, hand muscles, or abdominal muscles. You can do Push Up on a mat, field, or small space. This time I will teach you how to do the correct push ups

Step :
1. Place your hands on the floor with your hands open shoulder-width apart.

2. Your feet rest on toes until your body position is perfectly straight "don't let the buttocks stick out"

3. Lower the shoulder straight until it forms a 90 degree elbow.

4. Then push your shoulders and arms until they are straight forward "while taking a breath".

5. Work back and forth. Do it this way morning and evening.

Okay, that's a little info about the benefits and methods of good and correct push ups, hopefully it can add information and be useful for friends.

 

Nicos Weg

Hello guys, my name is Muhammad Rizky Reynard N.W from XI MIPA 7 today I want to review a film called "Nicos Weg".  So, this film tells the story of a person who is looking for his aunt in Germany.  But suddenly, in Germany he lost his bag after playing with Emma (Lisa's niece).  Lisa helps and Nico find his lost bag by calling his father who is a policeman.  While Nico is looking for a bag and his aunt named Yara, Nico meets nice people who teach him German culture such as food, language and more.

 This film is very much about learning about German culture.  Such as welcoming new people well, helping each other in solving problems, and much more.  This film helps me in learning German.  Thanks to this film I found new words, besides that this film also has morals that we can take such as helping each other, treating new people well, and much more.

Themes : Smoking Should be Banned

Pro 1 : I think cigarettes should be banned because there is nothing good that comes out of it. It causes pollution, it irritates people that have chronic disease, therefore smoking should be banned

Kontra 1 : well yes smoking irritates people around but ciggarete has benefits it self for the people who smokes it such as stress relievers, stimulant to imagination, helping the country's economy, and so on.

Pro 2 : I disagree with kontra 1 because Smoking is expensive – not just for smokers themselves, but for the general public as well. It is estimated that the treatment of smoking-related diseases, productivity losses to Indonesia economy and premature mortality amount to trillion losses in one year. By reducing the number of active and passive smokers, smoking bans could thus save Indonesian healthcare systems a lot of money. Therefore smokers shouldn't arbitrarily smoke without paying attention to other people around them, they should look for a smoking area or something.

Kontra 2 : then banning ciggerates is unnecessary, goverment should have just built more public smoking area or raise the price of cigar rather than banning it.

My goal My ambition

Hello, my name is Muhammad Rizky Reynard Nirwasita Wijaya I come from XI Science 7. I have a talent for karate martial arts, I have achieved many achievements, one of which is when I competed in Sasakawa GOR Achievement.  Even though at that time I was only runner-up but I think it was a very impressive match.  because at that time the minister of youth and sports, Mr Imam Nahrawi, watched me live.  Not only watched I was also placed by him a silver medalist

My daily life during this pandemic is to exercise, not only to increase endurance but I have another purpose, that is, I want to become a soldier. There are many things I have prepared for example such as a 2 hour workout, a 4 km run  within 12 minutes, maintain body intake.  And that's all I do every day so that what I hope can be maximized.  because I believe if we are serious about reaching certain goals, we will get it.  The figure who made me want to become a soldier is Mr. General Raden Soerdiman.  In my opinion, he is a very extraordinary figure, he has inspired a lot of young men, especially young men who want to become a soldier, even though he has died but his passion is still in our souls to protect this beloved country.  Hopefully in 2022 I can become a soldier and can continue his struggle to protect the Republic of Indonesia

Putri: I want to buy a new phone, but the options out there are overwhelming me. Any advice?

Edi  : You can just buy the one like mine. You don’t need much for a phone, do you?

Putri: Not really. Can I see yours?

Edi  : *taking out his phone* Pretty compact even if it’s 5 inch. The interface is also user friendly. 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory.

Putri: What do you think of it? Is it okay?

Edi  : For me, it’s enough, since I only use it for texting, chatting, checking e-mails, and making calls. I rarely use it for anything other than those.

Putri: I don’t think it would either. When did you buy this phone of yours?

Edi  : Around three weeks ago, I guess.

Putri: Then the price wouldn’t be so different now. Do you think the budget fit me?

Edi  : I think so. It’s pretty cheap compared to any other brand with the exact same feature. Trust me, this is a bargain.

Putri: All right. I’ll look for it. Thanks, Edi.
