HOW TO DO PUSH-UPS

Push Up is a sport that is very easy to do and does not require a large space, Push Up is usually used to increase the muscles of the body, be it arm muscles, hand muscles, or abdominal muscles. You can do Push Up on a mat, field, or small space. This time I will teach you how to do the correct push ups

Step :
1. Place your hands on the floor with your hands open shoulder-width apart.

2. Your feet rest on toes until your body position is perfectly straight "don't let the buttocks stick out"

3. Lower the shoulder straight until it forms a 90 degree elbow.

4. Then push your shoulders and arms until they are straight forward "while taking a breath".

5. Work back and forth. Do it this way morning and evening.
